The outward journey was very good but the return trip was not as booked, I was expecting the same type of coach with a downstairs seat with table and tea or coffee available. Unfortunately the return was just a normal coach and driver and the journey was not as comfortable. If I had been notified of the change in facilities I would have bought my own drink and snack.
