Very nice staff as always but on our outward journey we were frozen to the bone downstairs and the unfortunate attendant advised that he had to try and cool upstairs which was overheated and there is only one setting for the whole bus. We had to move upstairs to warm up. On the return journey it was absurdly hot onboard a different bus so this isn’t an isolated event. Such a great way to get to London and back but this put us off a bit which is a shame.
