I have a 2 point issue: Firstly, what is the point in booking tickets with assigned seats if these aren’t adhered to? Poor kids were split from their parents and families if it weren’t for the kindness of strangers.Secondly, £3 for a hot drink that is half full and of poor quality. It feels a little bit sad that the quality of this service has gone downhill, especially since it used to be a no brainer over the train network, now we may be rethinking on returning to the service.
