I am soooo disappointed. This was helping and I was 18 minutes late to 1 appt and they cancelled it. No more appts no nothing. I got a email that I will be charged but they won't schedule any more appointments. Was told by my dietician that I was approved for 26 appts and we were maybe 15 in. Just dropped me with no reply. She has even scheduled a another appt for Aug 20 at 12 noon and never showed up or bother to say it was cancelled. Please do not be late y'all because they are not forgiving and will not schedule a new appt or come to the next one. Never even let me make a payment plan for the missed appt that is $100. I'm truly truly hurt.
