Perry Street charge my account $100 for a canceled visit, that I did not schedule or confirm.. There is no live person to speak to to rectify the issue and there was no return response.I received another notification that they have already scheduled me for another visit next week October 9, 2025. For every visit that I cancel it rescheduled another appointment and bills my account.
Berry Street charged me a "late appointment reschedule" fee of $100 for rescheduling an appointment within 24hrs. Nowhere in their policies was this listed as a possible charge when I was signing up for their services, if I had known I would've rescheduled the appointment earlier.
Very poor customer service or help with adding a new insurance to see if this was covered. They didn’t even respond after I said have a new insurance. Other online services like this are straight forward and it’s automated to check if they take/cover your insurance.
Anett makes me look forward to meetings with her energy and care, she is well researched and experienced and constantly learning. She has a great passion for wellness and also gives detailed recommendations for myself, a vegan, though she isn’t herself! She is empathetic and patient, and helps me decided what is a real nutrition fact or just a trend on the internet!
I absolutely love using the Berry Street app! It's very easy to use and keep track with my health. The real highlight, though, has been my dietitian—Anett Kovacs is amazing! She listens, understands my goals, and gives advice that’s easy to follow and encouraging. She not only encouraged me to try new meals but even sent me recipes, which made it so much easier to get started. She also helped me create and stick to a realistic eating schedule, which has been a lifesaver since my days are packed with school, work, and other activities. I highly recommend Anett if looking for professional, practical and supportive guidance :)
I've been with Berry Street for a year now, and it has been wonderful! My nutritionist, Nikki, is the most positive person; she has listened to everything I've said and helped me with a healthier eating lifestyle. I saw reviews where people mentioned not knowing about charges ahead of time, but I didn't experience that at all. They checked my insurance prior to my initial visit and found out exactly how many visits I had that the insurance would pay for. Nikki has worked hard at keeping my visits to the number allowed, and I've paid nothing out-of-pocket.Unfortunately, Nikki is cutting her hours back, and I'm about to need a new person, but she's so super sweet that she's helping me find a new coach that will be perfect for me!
Ok so I did go the process of the application and to move forward they asked for a credit card or something for payment if there are any out of pocket expenses. It did say I can cancel my appointment so I figured I can find out what my fees out of pocket would be and if they are too high I would cancel. They never told me out of pocket fee when requested. So I cancelled. I made my appointment for the next day. Whithin 24 hours. Well they are charging me $100 dollars for cancellation within 24 hours which I did not know of. I am not happy with this. I will dispute with my credit card. Don’t get sucked in. They don’t give you all the information needed up front.
Natalie Kravat was my dietician. I don’t have enough space to say all the good things about her! I wasn’t consistent all the time, but she never doubted me, always encouraged me, and gave me new ideas to help me get out of my ruts! She was the most understanding, non judgmental, and encouraging person I could have gone to for my first ever dietician experience. I highly recommend her. She always finds the good in every situation and I left every meeting with her feeling newly motivated.
I am soooo disappointed. This was helping and I was 18 minutes late to 1 appt and they cancelled it. No more appts no nothing. I got a email that I will be charged but they won't schedule any more appointments. Was told by my dietician that I was approved for 26 appts and we were maybe 15 in. Just dropped me with no reply. She has even scheduled a another appt for Aug 20 at 12 noon and never showed up or bother to say it was cancelled. Please do not be late y'all because they are not forgiving and will not schedule a new appt or come to the next one. Never even let me make a payment plan for the missed appt that is $100. I'm truly truly hurt.
