I took my Ibanez AGS73 to a very big and well known guitar store in Birmingham. I needed it set up properly and some fret buzz sorting out.The experience was not great and my guitar still had fret buzz - they blamed the guitar! I decided against taking it back.I found Beryl Guitars on the web and told them of my experience. I now had two problems that needed attention. The original fret buzz that did not get sorted by the Birmingham store and a new problem. The new problem occurred when recording the guitar on a Mac computer through a recently acquired audio interface and Ableton software. The guitar had a distinct warble sound which was a disaster for recording.I spoke to Phil and asked him to check that the pick-ups were set properly.I collected the guitar about a week later and I could not be more pleased. The fret buzz has completely gone and - equally as important to me - the audio interface warble has also disappeared.So, my sincere thanks to Phil and all at Beryl Guitars - you have made Bob from Malvern a very satisfied and happy customer.All the best.
