The staff here are remarkable—completely devoted to their craft while remaining approachable and supportive. The atmosphere in the shop is amazing, and the instruction is exceptionally professional, led by Phil, who is committed to continually improving this wonderful place. Joel's guitar instruction and technical expertise are outstanding. I must highlight Jodie's role in transforming my singing journey from uncertainty to confidence, instilling belief that anything is achievable. Her patience is extraordinary. I purchased a guitar and it was delivered surprisingly fast—ordered it on Sunday night and it was here by Tuesday morning, with no delivery charge. When I suspected there might be an issue with the guitar (turns out, it was flawless), they promptly got back to me to sort it out. Truly outstanding service in every aspect.
my daughter has been having guitar lessons here for 3 months. she was a total beginner but has learnt loads and we're happy with her progress. They are really flexible with lessons, and where able to give face time lessons during lockdown. It's a friendly bunch and I'd recommend them to everyone.
My Son is 13 and has been having weekly guitar lessons from Joel since Jan 2020. Joel is fantastic with my Son, who is autistic. He is always positive, gives lots of praise and clearly knows how to relate to kids. My Son is extremely comfortable in his lessons. Even during lockdown Joel maintained weekly lessons via skype. Everyone is friendly, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Beryls Guitars!
I bought a guitar which arrived very quickly (Tuesday morning when ordered Sunday night) with free delivery, and when I thought there may have been a problem with the guitar (there wasn’t it was in immaculate condition) they called me back quickly to help resolve the issue. Excellent service all around.
My son was looking to buy a Gretsch G5426 Silver jet club and after being let down by another retailer i found one on Beryls site (there's not many around) To check stock i emailed them and the response was fantastic, I could immediately tell i was dealing with a company that cares. I purchased the guitar and the customer service was amazing, within minutes i had dispatch details and it arrived the very next day even though we had selected normal free delivery (thank you). I took my Ibanez AGS73 to a very big and well known guitar store in Birmingham. I needed it set up properly and some fret buzz sorting out.The experience was not great and my guitar still had fret buzz - they blamed the guitar! I decided against taking it back.I found Beryl Guitars on the web and told them of my experience. I now had two problems that needed attention. The original fret buzz that did not get sorted by the Birmingham store and a new problem. The new problem occurred when recording the guitar on a Mac computer through a recently acquired audio interface and Ableton software. The guitar had a distinct warble sound which was a disaster for recording.I spoke to Phil and asked him to check that the pick-ups were set properly.I collected the guitar about a week later and I could not be more pleased. The fret buzz has completely gone and - equally as important to me - the audio interface warble has also disappeared.So, my sincere thanks to Phil and all at Beryl Guitars - you have made Bob from Malvern a very satisfied and happy customer.All the best.
