All the time I have used Beryl Guitars, I have been impressed with their knowledge, helpfulness, commitment, and professionalism that they have shown to me. Sadly, due to personal circumstances, my journey has come to a temporary pause. But I am hoping to continue at some point in the near future. My guitar teacher, Joel, must have the patience of a saint to cope with my clumsiness, but he does, and doesnt make me feel bad when I really am. With their knowledge of setup and tuning, they should be able to perform anything apart from paint surgery on your guitar (and I believe they have an external paint guy available who can cover that for them).
