I have been extremely patient; I ordered and paid for my product in August. I was never informed that my order was a backorder, as it was in stock. I called regularly and was told it was out of stock. Now, in November, I was informed that my order was cancelled and a refund processed without any prior notice or apology. The recommendation from my plumber has left me shocked. Despite being patient, this service has been appalling.
