I sent an email inquiry and received a prompt quote. I then placed a written order requesting a pro forma invoice for card payment, which was sent back immediately. When I called to make the payment, the representative was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.

I ordered straight couplings and elbows on 07/12/2025. While I received the couplings, the elbows were missing, and I was informed they would arrive later. By 15/12/2025, I still hadn’t heard back, so I called and was told they would be sent the following week. I’m still waiting with no updates. It seems there’s been a change in the company, and they need to improve their customer service. I’ve requested a refund and will no longer be a customer.
I ordered pipe insulation and duct for delivery on the 16th. Nothing arrived that day, and by the 17th, only the insulation was delivered. Now it's the 18th, and there’s no update on the second item. It’s incredibly inconvenient to receive items in separate shipments, especially since I'm leaving for a holiday tomorrow and can’t complete the job. I won’t be using this company again or recommending them.

The recommendation from my plumber has left me shocked. Despite being patient, this service has been appalling.
