Crickets on communication! No order confirmation, no email….just crickets…oh but they sure got their money! When is someone going to call or email me?? Order is too late for the person intended and no way to cancel???? Order was placed on Dec. 8th and delivery was supposed to be the following Monday or Tuesday??? Update!!!! Owner reached out personally and called me ….on a Sunday!! Impressive I must say! We worked things out and I get as an owner how hard it is to let others be responsible for aspects of your business, I could really tell he Loves his Company and believes whole-heartedly in what he sells! I most certainly gave him another go and will post when I get the taste test from the recipient of this gift. Stay tuned…..
