I ordered three soups for a friend with a jaw injury who is on a liquid diet. Perfect, right? The order arrived a day later than expected and lukewarm, not frozen, and not fit to eat. She called the company and explained the situation, and was assured that a replacement order would ship within a couple of days. Apparently they forgot(?) because a week later my friend still did not have her soup. So I cancelled the whole order. What a disappointment. Doesn't matter how great your product is if you can't get it to the customer and also make her mad by giving her one more task to follow up on in the process.
