I ordered soup for a relative undergoing surgery, and was informed it would ship today; however, shipping was delayed. Two weeks later, it still hadn't arrived, and I was told it would be sent out the following week, but that didn't happen. Eventually, it shipped, but it took six days to travel from New York to Mississippi. When it arrived, it was actually hot. I had warned them that the shipping method indicated it would take longer, but I was reassured it would arrive the next day, which was untrue. When my relative received it, she reached out to them, and they promised to send a new batch overnight. Now, it's been over a month since the surgery and a month since I placed the order, yet they are unresponsive to my emails, texts, or calls. The order was over $100, and I will have to contact my credit card provider to dispute the charge due to their lack of communication and accountability.
