Money wasted. On 25/08/25, while driving, I got a puncture. I tried using sealant, but it didn’t work, so I called for assistance, but my call was never answered. The next day, I emailed only to be told my puncture wasn’t considered a breakdown unless I had a spare, which most cars don’t have these days. Even though I’m covered until May next year, I’ve switched to another provider. This service cannot be recommended; it left both me and my wife, who are pensioners, £260 poorer, a charge from the local recovery service, not the original company. So be wise and avoid this service.
