This service deserves no more than one star. While they may offer low prices, charging a £45 excess for a jump start is excessive. Additionally, the representative spent 25 minutes on the phone asking for my details repeatedly, only to inform me that it could take up to 45 minutes for assistance to arrive.
One star is too generous for this service. They may be inexpensive, but a £45 fee for a jump start is outrageous, and the representative took 25 minutes on the phone to gather my information multiple times. Then I was told it could take up to 45 minutes for anyone to arrive.
Money wasted. On 25/08/25, while driving, I got a puncture. I tried using sealant, but it didn’t work, so I called for assistance, but my call was never answered. The next day, I emailed only to be told my puncture wasn’t considered a breakdown unless I had a spare, which most cars don’t have these days. Even though I’m covered until May next year, I’ve switched to another provider. This service cannot be recommended; it left both me and my wife, who are pensioners, £260 poorer, a charge from the local recovery service, not the original company. So be wise and avoid this service.
Misleading advertising when purchasing the policy. There are hidden fees, especially for vehicles over 10 years old. I bought this on a discount platform and selected the option for older vehicles, but the additional charges were only revealed after the purchase.

Quite shocking experience. I was charged £45 and told it would take 90 minutes for recovery. After 2 hours, I called back only to learn they were delayed and sending another company. Wouldn't you think their system would flag that the 90 minutes had passed? The second company arrived 45 minutes later, and the first driver was actually coming from a different location than stated. In total, it took over 3 hours after I first called. They provide false information and charge £45 for it. I won’t use this service again; perhaps the alternatives are a bit pricier, but they deliver better service.
Terrible service, waited 6 hours for help, leaving a vulnerable individual alone in a dark area for the entire time. Made 10 calls to the emergency number, and all operators misled me about the ETA. I would give zero stars if I could. I recommend signing up with a more reliable provider.
