I paid for my order on 8/30/23 and I still do not have it or even have tracking information. I've been promised to be helped several different times and waited for follow up that is always then pushed back and not responded to when they said they would.The most recent example was that I was told I would be given tracking information on 10/23/23 and again was not responded to.Edit: I was supposed to receive pictures on 10/22 and tracking on 10/23. It is now the 25th, which is over a day. I haven't received any images as of yet and did not have daily contact after the 23rd, which was promised as the time to receive tracking info. I only received multiple emails today after posting the review accusing me of being a liar due to feeling like this is a scam even though I only detailed what has happened. I have been understanding about the server shutdown. The issue happened before and after that with promises of follow up on certain days, with nothing then received on those days.
