I have recently sent a query to find out what has happened with my order, however I have now recieved no reply. I originally put the order in on 7th October. Order number NN1132. They previously told me on 21st October that it would be ready by the end of the week and I did recieve a notice on the 29th of October to say it had been shipped. However, now 21 days later I still don't have the ring and no tracking information has ever been available on the system for me to check where it is. We are really dissapointed with the prospect of not having the ring after reading all the promises on their site. Please do not trust them. Full of promises but take your money pretend to send the goods the blank you. There is no address or phone number and the only person answering any messages before silence was one person. Chat system told me it had been sent when it hadn't been and the updates on the system on where they are at are never updated. No way to track. Feel ripped off without the goods.
