Unfortunately there were some problems with my delivery as my package was held by customs, and I had to pay more than 20€ extra because of VAT plus handling fees. I still haven't received my package but got notified today that it's now been released and will be delivered soon. I had immediately contacted the customer support of Besque because I was not happy at all about this and received great support from Gabrielle who (even though she pointed out that they are not responsible for these extra expenses) offered a partial refund.
