Review Time
I am a subscriber and have been for probably 6 months and love the oil on my legs and arms. I got the email of an upcoming delivery and still had two unopened bottles plus the one I was on so I ask to not get a shipment until early May and to change from once a month to one every other month. Sarah Joy set up the new schedule and there was no pressure to get a shipment more often. She even agreed that it looks like I have plenty of product for now. And to reach out if I started to run out before my May shipment which is more than two months away . Appreciate the quick help and lack of sales pressure.
This stuff has completely changed my skin for the better! I have been using the body oil (scented which I love) everyday for about 3 months now and I can’t live without it! I just recently purchased the shower oil and together with the body oil is a game changer!
Took longer than expected to arrive, possibly because of the weather, but Gabrielle was wonderful to work with. She kept me up to speed when it was going to arrive. Looking forward to my next purchase.
After purchasing the product directly from Besque, I experienced a pretty moderate to severe reaction (burning skin with raised spots) to the product. Customer service responded with a refund. I felt heard and cared for. Thank you for handling my issue with compassion and care! Much appreciated!
I've been using the Besque magic luxury body oil now for almost a year and I still love it. Love the way it smells, love the softness and firmness of my skin and the customer service is excellent if you have any issues. Will continue to use 💜💜💜
Unfortunately there were some problems with my delivery as my package was held by customs, and I had to pay more than 20€ extra because of VAT plus handling fees. I still haven't received my package but got notified today that it's now been released and will be delivered soon. I had immediately contacted the customer support of Besque because I was not happy at all about this and received great support from Gabrielle who (even though she pointed out that they are not responsible for these extra expenses) offered a partial refund.
I like this oil and I see a difference on my skin, as it is definitely not as dry and very smooth. I use it right after the shower and my skin looks great since I've been using it.
katrina has been so helpful and was truly interested in my opinion of the product and answered promptly when i emailed with a question.
it’s been such a pleasure (and quite unusual these days) to communicate with a true customer service professional.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I received. My package was held up in the mail and Ali from Besque helped me to sort it out until the issue was resolved.
My customer service was above and beyond with my representative Sarah Joy she followed through my tracking process and reached out to me to confirm I received my oil.
