I am a subscriber and have been for probably 6 months and love the oil on my legs and arms. I got the email of an upcoming delivery and still had two unopened bottles plus the one I was on so I ask to not get a shipment until early May and to change from once a month to one every other month. Sarah Joy set up the new schedule and there was no pressure to get a shipment more often. She even agreed that it looks like I have plenty of product for now. And to reach out if I started to run out before my May shipment which is more than two months away . Appreciate the quick help and lack of sales pressure.

Unfortunately there were some problems with my delivery as my package was held by customs, and I had to pay more than 20€ extra because of VAT plus handling fees. I still haven't received my package but got notified today that it's now been released and will be delivered soon. I had immediately contacted the customer support of Besque because I was not happy at all about this and received great support from Gabrielle who (even though she pointed out that they are not responsible for these extra expenses) offered a partial refund.
