The customer service is fantastic. In March 2026, I reported an issue with my Besque Magic body oil product because the one I got has no smell, which I happen to love. The bottle is not marked that there is no scent. The service rep, Jeckany, set up a case ID and continued to follow up with me back and forth, over multiple emails, for certain information needed and right to the end that she was having a new bottle sent to me. She was attentive and gracious beyond expectations.
