Without doubt the convulted and pathetic customer service process and experience I have ever come across.You pay for the service and receive a text link to arrange your "call me" request. This link doesnt take you to simple place to organise and calendar a call from the tech support team at HP.You then need to actually chase them to try to arrange the service. It is designed to be complicated and in my view is borderline theft.After this experience when I am chaning my printer I will not consider for 1 second a HP device.
