Went to the HP website to obtain HP Technical Help to find out how to obtain/buy a particular component for my old HP Officejet Pro printer and was made to pay £21.49 before being able to speak with HP Support.I was then advised by HP Support that the component was no longer available and the only option was to upgrade my printer. I was then advised that the £21.49 I was forced to pay before being able to speak with HP Support would be refunded but I never received the refund from Best2Serve.This is daylight robbery. HP customers should not be forced to pay £21.49 just for a telephone enquiry.
