I received courteous service by the representative and after a couple of sessions we did not resolve the matter. I was asked to go back to Apple for them to help sort this issue. I mentioned at the time that Apple were unlikely to help with third party app (and that was their response on subsequent follow up) so could you please let me have your contact so I can get in touch with you again to take the matter further. In the event they closed the case and I have no further access having paid the fee for sorting this issue. When I emailed them it came back undelivered. I have no phone contact details to call them back.
