The phone was supposed to be brand new, but within just 2–3 days, it started failing:
System Freezes: The phone constantly hangs and becomes unresponsive.
Biometrics Failure: The fingerprint sensor rarely works, making it a hassle to even unlock the device.
Unresponsive Touchscreen: The sensor doesn't always register my inputs.
Bizarre Software Glitches: In apps like WhatsApp, the keyboard randomly appears at the top of the screen instead of the bottom.
It is deeply concerning that Best Buy associates its brand with partners who ship defective merchandise. If this is the standard of quality they allow on their website, I now have serious doubts about whether I should buy anything from Best Buy at all. Is their own inventory just as unreliable?
This experience has been a massive waste of time and money. I expected a premium flagship device, but I received a lemon. Be very careful when buying from this platform.
