I ordered a 70-amp converter, only to find that they didn't have any in-stock (an annoyance of mine - don't advertise it if you don't have it!).Customer service was mostly friendly, until 5+ days after the initial authorization on my credit card was still pending, as though they hadn't released it, and I was told it would 'drop off' in a day or two.So then they just quit responding, which is really poor customer service.So I'd say 3 stars is generous.
