I ordered a 60 amp converter section. They sent a 40 amp section, I returned it and it took 2 and a 1/2 months to get a return and I had to use my credit card company to help get my refund.

I own a 2002 Casita Travel trailer (17") and with a 1 battery box, when boon-docking I had limited power with an AGM battery. So I upgraded to a lithium phosphate battery and also updated my MAGNETEK 6336 converter/charger to properly charge the new battery.After much research, i chose to buy the upgrade from bestconverter.com.They had a upgrade for the Magnetek 6336 converter/charger originally installed to a new PD4635V 35Amp converter/charger that would fully charge the new lithium battery. The web site had detailed instructions on installing the new upgrade and when I had a question I was able to talk with a live human. I am very happy with the power upgrade and i would recommend Best converter for your power needs.
I purchased my Progressive Dynamics PD 4655VL PD 4655VL 55 Amp Converter from this store in May 2020 and had a great experience. Ordered on Thursday and unit shipped next day. Received it a few days later and was able to install it and get my trailer back up and running. Thanks Bestconverter! Our travel trailer forum recommended Bestconverter and they came through as usual!
I ordered the 6300 rep unit and they shipped me a cheaper version which is discontinued which i could of got for $45.00 cheaper on amazon and emailed and no response from the Randy there . I will never do anything with these 2 faced rip off artists
Called on a Saturday. Randy answered. understood what I needed and sold me the part . Fedex was 2 days late shipping and the box was destroyed. Called Randy and he answered right away. answered my questions and we were done in 2 minutes. Best service I've had in years and I'm in the automotive business. Plus I checked for a better price and he was $50 cheaper than anyone else. What more could you ask for?
This is supposed to be a VETERAN OWNED Business!That statement is a JOKE for this company.They are not a business that has stock in their products. They take orders and then use the drop shipment method through their Vendors. This is a major problem if you want to return something.They Do NOT Respond to phone calls, even though their website says they will contact you back. They Do Not respond to Emails either.No information is given concerning shipment of the product ordered. 3 days have passed and several phone calls and numerous EMAILS to get a response. NOTHING!Everyone who reads this message should consider filing a complaint with the ALABAMA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE FOR CONSUMER AFFAIRS.In the mean time. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS "VETERAN OWNED" FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY!
Positive: the power center I ordered arrived on time and worked.Negative: The owner “Randy” made no effort to help me when I called to confirm my online order. In fact, he called me an A-hole. I wouldn’t do business with them again. I am happy the part worked. The idea of dealing with Randy is a nightmare.
