I recently ordered a new Trimetric solar power meter from Best Converter. I placed the order at 7:30 on a Saturday evening, and to my surprise I got an e-mail from a gentleman there named Randy a few minutes later, asking me if I also wanted to order a shunt with it (without a shunt it can't tell you how many amps are going in and out of the system). Since I already had a shunt (I was replacing an identical unit that I had accidentally shorted out on a hot wire) I didn't need one, but I greatly appreciated Randy's concern that I might have forgotten a required part.
The meter was shipped first thing Monday morning and I had it the next day! Great service, highly recommended.
