Order not received after weeks of waiting, company will not provide a refund. When the order was placed it had a delivery date of no later than October 16th. Still haven't received the item as of 10/29. I paid $9 for shipping alone for a small 2in patch. According to the tracking information it has yet to even leave their facility.
