Ordered my item on 10/9/25 it’s now 10/23 and the item has yet to be successfully delivered. Update!!! My order was "already delivered" by the time your company decided to reply on today 10/27. My item was delivered as of Saturday 10/25 two days after this review was published. 18 days for delivery missed the 10 day window of expected arrival and showed up late past the timeframe the item was needed for gifting. Poor customer service AND there are other pinned locations bold on photo so it looks tacky and doesn’t have a single heart on photo. Not as satisfying as I thought it would be, waisted money unfortunately.
