I did not realize that everything was being made in and shipped directly from China, which means even with “expedited” shipping it will take weeks for your order to arrive! The checkout process did not give me an anticipated delivery date, which should have been a red flag. I did not receive an order update until more than 1 week after ordering, and that was only after I emailed customer service to demand an update. I was told my order had shipped, but that is obviously not true because the “tracking link” has not updated for 2 days. I would cancel the order if I could! Don’t fall for low prices… buy American Made, or even better… pay someone local to make what you want. It will probably cost more, but you will get what you wanted in a reasonable timeframe… unlike BestCustom!
