I waited 25 days for the product to arrive, only to find it doesn't work. Each time I reached out, the responses were delayed and unhelpful, almost as if they were automated. I have neck pain and now have a non-working product. I requested a refund and am still waiting. Their advertising is misleading, as they claim to be a local company while shipping directly from overseas. I would rate it zero if possible.
