I ordered a projector and screen package, but the screen never arrived, and my attempts to reach out for help were ignored. We didn't buy this just to watch YouTube! I've tried contacting them through phone, email, and chat for return instructions, but after two weeks, I've received no response. A friend suggested checking Trustpilot, and I regret not doing so before making this purchase. I've filed a dispute with my payment service, hoping the balance won't be processed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
