I received a product which is not working as it was advertised. So, I decided to return it and contacted their customer service team. The representative said they would refund 50% of the purchase price if I keep the product. So, I agreed to keep it as the shipping costs for return to Latvia would cost more than the purchase price. After a week passed, I contacted them again to check the status. The representive said she would check with the team and get abck to me, but no reply for another week. I agree with most of the review and think this is not a good company to deal with.
