Do not buy from them!I placed an order by mistake and submitted a cancellation request via their contact form just 5 minutes later.The next day at 11 AM, the order was marked as “sent.” I immediately called their customer service. They told me there was no record of my cancellation request. I asked if they could still cancel the shipment, since there was only a tracking number but the item hadn’t been picked up yet. The representative said they would leave a note for the delivery team.That was on a Friday. The parcel hadn’t been sent by the end of the day.However, on Monday, I received an email from NZ Post saying the item had been picked up. I contacted customer service again, but they told me the order had already been sent and couldn’t be cancelled. If I still wanted to cancel, I would have to pay the shipping fee both ways.This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I followed up quickly, but they ignored my request and pushed the cost onto me.
