We didn't buy this just to watch YouTube! I've tried contacting them through phone, email, and chat for return instructions, but after two weeks, I've received no response. A friend suggested checking Trustpilot, and I regret not doing so before making this purchase. I've filed a dispute with my payment service, hoping the balance won't be processed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
