They accepted my payment for my full credit card balance over 60 days ago, yet despite their claims of reporting every 30 days, they have not updated the correct balance. I spent more than 3 hours across 5 phone calls with various representatives who struggled with English. They assured me that someone would return my call, but that never happened. I called again, desperate to speak with a supervisor named Chris, who also could not explain the reporting failure. He informed me that the 'customer response team' would reach out, but after days of waiting, he admitted they hadn’t responded to him either. This company is truly disappointing!
