I got approved for a loan on February 1, 2026. I accepted it and followed the instructions to finalize it same day. I submitted my paperwork and the screen said it would be reviewed by an employee within 1-2 days. I waited a week and called support. They answered and put me on hold to review my application. They said I needed to provide my last two paystubs. I asked what the process was once those were uploaded. She said it would be reviewed in 1-3 days and then get processed. I uploaded my paystubs and then waited another week. I called support and he put me on hold to review my application and my paystubs. He said I was good to go and that he would promote my application to management, which would take 1-3 business days to review and 1-3 business days to send the money to my account (which is odd given they advertise next day payment). Now, it’s March 9 and I still haven’t received the money. It’s been over a month dealing with this company. I tried to log in to see my application status and it says my application doesn’t exist. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
