I bought 2 tickets on october 25th for a flight january 31st with my girlfriend. I never received my ticket and had to buy full price tickets. We are february 23rd and I still havent received my refund. I've called them in october november and december to have my tickets and they always told me call back later. The day before my flight I call again, they say there is a problem with my reservation and they can't provide me any tickets, a refund process has been initiated and that the refund will be done within 15 business days ... I will never book with them ever again and I hope reading this will change the mind of people that want to use bestfaredeal. I will engage process with court and try to have justice. I have experience unecessary stress, it impacted me financially and created conflits in my relations relationship with my girlfriend.
