After receiving a confirmation email and a ticket, I discovered ten days later that the transaction had never gone through and the booking number was invalid. After multiple attempts to contact them, I received a callback more than 12 hours later from an agent whose accent made communication difficult. Having lost trust, I canceled my card and purchased the ticket directly from the airline. The customer service is unacceptable.
