Awful!! The only reason why I'm giving one star is because I can't give 0. I purchased plane tickets with them I sent them money and received a booking reference. 3 days later the booking is gone. When I called AirFrance they said reservations were made but they never actually received a payment for those tickets. I called bestfare and they said they would get it resolved I had to constantly call and check with them that they are doing something. We ended up receiving tickets however when I called AirFrance they said they didnt get any payments from the travel agency therefore we only had reservations. I spent the whole day on the phone with bestfare and they kept telling me in one hour they would resolve the issue then by 12 pm then by 5 pm etc etc then again Peter assured me that tickets were issued and that the reason why the airline said there weren't was because they were discounted tickets. Then I asked are you sure that if I go to the airport with those tickets on the day of departure I would get in and Peter promised me that yes there would be no issue. So the same day I decide to go to the airport and see for myself. As expected there were no tickets issued even tho Peter said he personally talked to AirFrance. I told them and they tried to tell me that I got scammed by AirFrance (???) then I got a random AirFrance employee to talk to them and then they finally listened. The manager then told me that by tomorrow 6pm (which would be a saturday) I would either get a refund or tickets. I of course received neither. Saturday I called them at 8 pm and they tell me that Sunday by 12 I would get new plane tickets for another date or a refund. Sunday by 2 I call them and ask for a refund they tell me that the refund department doesnt work on weekends when I ask them then how come i was promised a refund on saturday and sunday they were just avoiding the question. Monday I spent the whole day on the phone fighting for a refund mind you one guy told me it would take 24 hours to get my refund another guy told me it takes 48 hours and another one said it would take 10 days. Throughout the whole experience I had to call many many many times and every time they would say they would call me back they wouldn't if you are not on their ass and dont take the initiative to call them they wont do it. For very small things they kept giving me absurd time frames that they would not honour or tell me to call back at a certain time to talk to a certain person and when i called they would tell me that the person is on break or not working. Btw i never got the refund and ended up calling my bank and they contested the charge thank god.
If I had listened to Peter and all his coworkers I would have packed my luggage told my family i was coming and gone to the airport only to be told i dont have real tickets. They should be ashamed of themselves the only thing they had to do was pay for the tickets but they prefered buying time and telling me to wait.
