Steer clear of this service! I frequently travel and usually opt for meet and greet options, but this was unquestionably the worst experience I've ever had. It took them 1.5 hours to return my car, despite paying for the meet and greet. There was no apology. Communication was terrible; I had to call them repeatedly. Each time, I was told they'd arrive in 5 minutes, but it never happened. When they finally arrived, there was still no apology, and my car had nearly 60 miles added, along with a scuff on the left side of the bumper. I later discovered the parking area is less than 10 miles from the airport, making the mileage unjustifiable. They are now ignoring my messages and calls. I've reported this to the authorities and am considering legal action. I also intend to notify the relevant parties at the airport to prevent others from experiencing the same.
