Terrible Experience

Avoid this service at all costs! I travel frequently and usually rely on meet and greet services, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve encountered. It took them 1.5 hours to return my car, despite having paid for the meet and greet option. There was no apology offered. The communication was appalling; I had to reach out to them multiple times. Each time I called, I was told they would arrive in 5 minutes, which never happened. Upon arrival, there was still no apology, and my car had nearly 60 miles on it, along with a scuff on the left side of the bumper. I later found out that the parking area is less than 10 miles from the airport, so the mileage was unjustified. They are now ignoring my calls and emails. I have reported this situation to the authorities and am pursuing legal action. I’m also looking into how to notify the relevant parties at the airport to prevent others from facing a similar experience.

Terrible Experience

What a dreadful service. When dropping off my car, I had to pay a £7.50 short-term parking fee just for them to retrieve it. After numerous calls for an hour, I found my car parked with the passenger side window wide open and no one around to hand over the keys. They left the keys on the driver’s side wheel. I then had to pay another £18.50 to exit the car park, despite being told my car was on its way. Avoid this service at all costs!

Very Poor Service

Please don't use this service. We returned to Heathrow Airport at 6:30 AM, and by 8:13 AM, we were still waiting for our cars. The operator couldn't provide an estimated arrival time. We booked two cars with this service. Please avoid!

Extremely Disappointing

I would give a lower rating if I could! This service has been absolutely appalling, forcing me to pay nearly £200 for last-minute parking with an onsite provider when they failed to meet me as scheduled. I was left with no choice if I wanted to catch my flight, having waited until just 60 minutes before departure. They also ignored my complaints. DO NOT book with them!

Not Recommended

The staff were unfriendly and hard to locate, as they lack a designated desk unlike other companies. Upon our return, I called from baggage claim as instructed, but the conversation was chaotic and unclear. It took 50 minutes for my car to arrive, and the driver was uncommunicative, simply handing over the keys and walking away without any further instructions.

Zero Stars if Possible

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst meet and greet service we've ever experienced. We called at 10:40 AM and were told our car would arrive in half an hour. Upon arriving at the car park at 10:50 AM, we waited and waited. Being electric, I could see my car hadn’t moved and was parked just 12 minutes away. When I called back, I was told the same half-hour wait. It took nearly an hour for the driver to arrive, and he didn't apologize for the delay. This was a shocking experience; avoid them at all costs! Waiting with children in the cold after a holiday is not enjoyable. We chose meet and greet to avoid waiting around. Look for another service for your own peace of mind!

Complete Disarray

What went wrong? Everything! It was a constant cycle of calling and chasing for 60 minutes. This was incredibly stressful while trying to navigate Heathrow departures. To be fair, they were consistently poor, as we faced another 60-minute wait upon our return. Communication was lacking. Please pay a bit more for a company with an onsite presence at the short-stay car park.

Not What I Expected

The service description seemed similar to others I've used before. Before booking, I checked the drop-off instructions, and everything looked familiar. However, I didn’t realize the parking fees were not included. We called ahead, and eventually, someone answered. Upon arriving at the terminal, no one was there. Staff from other companies advised that this service lacks an official presence at the airport, and we had to wait for half an hour longer in the cold before someone arrived. The person who took our keys didn’t check the car over and just left. Upon return, I noticed a note stating they don’t answer calls after 11:30 PM, which was concerning as it was nearing our pick-up time. Thankfully, we managed to call them before that time and received our car after another 25-minute wait. The man delivering the car didn’t appear to be able to maneuver it well and also lacked any identification. If you factor in the parking costs, this booking ended up being pricier than other services I’ve used and been satisfied with. I’m uncertain if anything is wrong yet, but I definitely did not receive the service I expected, and it felt odd. Ensure you understand the service and process before booking.

Utterly Unacceptable

Avoid this company! After a long wait, my car was returned with a significant dent in the boot. The driver seemed uninformed and took photos, claiming the company would reach out to me. However, I received no communication. After numerous calls, I was given a useless email for their 'head office.' On my final attempt, after repeatedly asking for a manager's name, they hung up on me. They clearly have no concern for their drivers damaging customers' cars and lack any intention of covering the costs. I'm now facing a £500 bill and a terrible experience overall.
