Omission of information, as it is not advised in the portal they use Compareyourparking.co.uk that there is an extra charge for the 10 mins time to drop off the car. The instructions to get to the drop off area are outdated and horrible, as there are works in the entrance to the parking which meant that I took the wrong lane and I had to pay twice the drop-off charge.The driver that collected and returned the car was impolite and rude.
