Poor instructions meant we ended up paying £8 for short stay carpark as we entered wrong level at T5 Heathrow.We then had to wait 45 mins for the car to be collected.On arrival we waited another 45 mins for the car to be delivered.Not clear when booking that you then also have to pay short stay exit fee! Another £6.Phone operator was rude and unhelpful, and lied about how long we would be waiting for.DO NOT USE!
