Avoid this service at all costs! I travel frequently and usually rely on meet and greet services, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve encountered. It took them 1.5 hours to return my car, despite having paid for the meet and greet option. There was no apology offered. The communication was appalling; I had to reach out to them multiple times. Each time I called, I was told they would arrive in 5 minutes, which never happened. Upon arrival, there was still no apology, and my car had nearly 60 miles on it, along with a scuff on the left side of the bumper. I later found out that the parking area is less than 10 miles from the airport, so the mileage was unjustified. They are now ignoring my calls and emails. I have reported this situation to the authorities and am pursuing legal action. I’m also looking into how to notify the relevant parties at the airport to prevent others from facing a similar experience.
