I ordered a vertical radiator from Bestheating. There seemed to be some issues with delivery courier tracking update which naturally got me worried as I needed it to arrive within a strict time frame for installation. I called Bestheating customer services and spoke with a lovely lady called Amanda. Explained my concerns as I was on a tight schedule with builder and needed my order to arrive asap. Amanda was so helpful and reassuring on the phone which made me feel at ease instantly. She took me seriously and logged the issue on the system and reassured me that if the order did not arrive the next day then she’ll see to it that they’ll send another radiator out to me for a next day delivery via an alternative courier. Fortunately the original courier service delivered my order according to time. Amanda was amazing she chased up the order and contacted me next morning to ensure that my order had reached my address and asked if all was okay. Amanda’s customer service was second to none she understood my concern and dealt with the situation with the understanding it required at a time when it was needed the most. Thank you Amanda you’re an asset to this company. 🙏🏼
