Absolutely outstanding company to purchase from. There customer service is second to none, they go above and beyond to help you, I’ve recently had excellent communication with Stephanie on email who replied quickly and efficiently to help me with stock enquiry and finalising my order. I also once had a problem with a radiator which the company immediately sent me a replacement free of charge. I wish all companies had the same standards and I highly recommend them.

My parcel was lost in transit, but within half an hour, the representative arranged a refund for my order and organized for the items to be resent with upgraded delivery. They alleviated all the stress from the situation and were a delight to work with.
The website was simple to use and provided valuable tools to determine the correct BTU size for the room. The radiators are impressive and significantly more efficient than the previous ones. I had to return some accessories that weren't needed after installation, and the return process was straightforward, with a refund issued in just a few days.
The service provided a lead time of 5-20 days for my order during the busy Christmas period. The items were handed over to a delivery company I was unfamiliar with. We were then informed that the delivery would occur on a day when we would be out of the country. There was no option to leave the delivery in a secure location, and the delivery company did not offer a way to reschedule. Consequently, we faced a failed delivery, and the items will be transported around the country again. If the parts arrive while we are here over Christmas, it would be surprising. Radiators will need to be thoroughly inspected upon delivery for any damage—otherwise, they will need to be returned! I wish the service used more reliable couriers that allow for delivery rescheduling. Let's wait and see how it unfolds.

I want to highlight the exceptional assistance provided by a representative who worked tirelessly on my behalf for five days, keeping me updated about my delivery status. While the delivery service I dealt with was extremely unreliable, often changing delivery dates and failing to provide any useful information, this representative ensured I eventually received my package. Although I won’t be opting for free delivery again due to past issues, I appreciate the effort and will choose a more reputable delivery service in the future. I ordered a vertical radiator from Bestheating. There seemed to be some issues with delivery courier tracking update which naturally got me worried as I needed it to arrive within a strict time frame for installation. I called Bestheating customer services and spoke with a lovely lady called Amanda. Explained my concerns as I was on a tight schedule with builder and needed my order to arrive asap. Amanda was so helpful and reassuring on the phone which made me feel at ease instantly. She took me seriously and logged the issue on the system and reassured me that if the order did not arrive the next day then she’ll see to it that they’ll send another radiator out to me for a next day delivery via an alternative courier. Fortunately the original courier service delivered my order according to time. Amanda was amazing she chased up the order and contacted me next morning to ensure that my order had reached my address and asked if all was okay. Amanda’s customer service was second to none she understood my concern and dealt with the situation with the understanding it required at a time when it was needed the most. Thank you Amanda you’re an asset to this company. 🙏🏼
