Attempting to return the item has proven nearly impossible, as they continuously redirect you and show no genuine intent to accept returns on their poor-quality products. An update: I received a generic response directing me to contact the support team (which I had already done), yet they continue to impose unreasonable hurdles for returning their subpar item. Their strategy seems designed to delay and frustrate customers in hopes that they will give up. I've learned my lesson and will avoid ordering from this type of deceptive online service. They should be prohibited from advertising on platforms like social media and reported for misleading practices.
