I never received my package, they claimed it was sent to post office in Atlantic City and Atlantic city post office said they never received it. I will never recommend nor make another purchase. Very disappointed. Honestly I will give besthunny no stars.
Hi - i received the hoodie with the carhartt logo - but I HAVE ORDERED one with the ariat logo - the pic with the hoodie with the carhartt logo in your message „confirmed order“ is not correct and was put in after i ordered the hoodie with the ariat logo - i don‘t no how that could happen - what is your solution for the problem - kind regards, jürg jordi
The quality is extremely disappointing and not at all as depicted in the photo. Attempting to return the item has proven nearly impossible, as they continuously redirect you and show no genuine intent to accept returns on their poor-quality products. An update: I received a generic response directing me to contact the support team (which I had already done), yet they continue to impose unreasonable hurdles for returning their subpar item. Their strategy seems designed to delay and frustrate customers in hopes that they will give up. I've learned my lesson and will avoid ordering from this type of deceptive online service. They should be prohibited from advertising on platforms like social media and reported for misleading practices.

The quality is awful. Customer service is lacking. They wouldn’t pick up the phone and only replied to my emails twice without addressing my return request. The item was poorly made, with thin material and glue on the sleeve. The quality is the worst, and the customer service is even worse.
