By far the worst customer service. The boxes aren’t packaged well & Fedex can care less. My box arrived completely damaged missing hardware & cushions. I reached out to customer service sent in photos & was told to give it 2 days they’d either send out the missing pieces or send a new order. They took several days to get back to me. I was then told that they shipped out a new order. I never got a tracking number. Several days later they let me know that the item was out of stock & asked if I wanted a refund. Its been another 3 days & they have yet to issue a refund or answer any of my emails. I have called them several times with no answer. I then had a friend call and they answered automatically. When I finally spoke to someone she claimed to see all my calls & emails but I guess she decided to just not answer. Please just buy from a different brand
